Requirements to Participate in the Trane Comfort Specialist program

There are several strict requirements for joining the Trane program. Some of these include:

  • Sign the Trane Dealer Sales Agreement, and Agree to Hold to the High Standards of the Progrm
  • Offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for one year on Trane products.
  • Obtain at least a 90 on the Customer Satisfaction Score.
  • Have at least an 85% referral rate on the Trane consumer survey program.
