I highly recommend creative air! The service is top notch and speedy. Before I called creative air I called two other AC companies and neither of them have responded yet after over a week and a half. So I decided to call creative air based on their good Google reviews. And I couldn't be more thankful that we went with creative air! I called Saturday and the same day Chris came out then he called Monday and the AC unit was installed Tuesday. He worked us in admist his busy schedule. To anyone looking for heating, cooling, etc. Creative air is the way to go!!

Some duct work collapsed in my basement. They came out same day and fixed it promptly with a more than fair price. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I called mid afternoon and Chris was able to fit me in that afternoon. One hour after I called, Chris gave me a heads-up that Will, the technician, would be by in 15 minutes. Will arrived in ten and was quickly able to determine the issue... the problem was weak, cool air, and fortunately the condenser unit just needed a new part. Already back up and running. True 5-star service, will absolutely return when we need to replace this unit. Definitely recommend!

We had an emergency with our AC unit at our rental property that needed to be repaired quickly before quests arrived. Chris and his team were quick to respond, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the situation in way that we could understand it and were very professional. He was able to get our unit up and running the same day! You can tell that this is a business who focuses on serving others. I would highly recommend them.

Provided problem solving for a furnace and performed preventative maintenance on our central air. Timely, professional, no up sale.

The guys setup our HVAC and installed a water heater in a days work. The metal work was meticulous and everything was triple checked before leaving the site. Fair priced for honest work!

I had an emergency where my system motor stopped running, unit was an old unit so i opt into having it replaced over 20 years old. Chris was able to get me scheduled in the next day even with the freezing cold day, they were there first thing in the morning and had me taken care of. I definitely will use him again in the future.
